Discovering Your Passion and Purpose

Tuesday, December 30th, 2008

“I can’t seem to discover why I’m on the planet.”

“What is my purpose here? I know there’s something I’m supposed to be doing, but I don’t know how to find out what it is.”

“I don’t seem to be passionate about anything.”

I’ve heard these complaints over and over from my clients.

Discovering our passion and purpose is vital to our joy and well-being. The problem is that many people have lost touch with any sense of their passion and purpose and have no idea how to access this information.

The blueprint for this information lies within our core Self, our essence, the true Self that is often buried during our early years. If our true Self was not seen and validated by our parents, teachers, or other caregivers, it is likely to have gone underground. The self many of know as our “self” is generally our wounded self, our ego, the self we created to get love and avoid pain. Our wounded self has within it all of our fears and false beliefs, and does not have access to what is true for us.

How, then, do we discover our passion and purpose if the blueprint for this information is long buried? The good news is that while it is buried, it is not lost. Anyone can reclaim this information if you are willing to do the inner work of healing your wounded self.

I’ve worked with thousands of clients who, as they practice the Inner Bonding process that I teach (see our FREE course at www.innerbonding.com), gradually heal their fears and false, limiting beliefs to the point where their true Self comes peeking out. This is the vital, alive aspect of ourselves, the aspect of us that just wants to joyfully express ourselves in the world. As you allow this aspect to emerge, you will gradually discover what truly brings you joy.

In our society, we tend to ignore our special talents and choose our careers according to what will give us a sense of security. Too often, however, what makes us feel safe does not fulfill us spiritually. For example, Roger worked for many years as an attorney, but he never enjoyed it. He made lots of money, yet when he consulted with me he was suffering from anxiety and depression. He had become an attorney because his father had been an attorney and wanted Roger to follow in his footsteps. Roger had gone along with what his father wanted for him because he didn’t know what else he wanted and now, in midlife, he was miserable. He yearned to discover his passion.

A few months after starting to practice Inner Bonding, Roger remembered that he had really wanted to be a teacher. He had never seriously considered teaching because he felt he couldn’t make enough money, but now he was willing to make far less money because he was so unhappy with his present work. Roger went back to school and got his teaching credential and is now a high school social studies teacher. The last time I spoke with him he was radiant! He loved working with adolescents, and he felt he was making a real contribution to their lives. For the first time ever, he felt alive and passionate about his life. His wife decided to take up some of the financial slack by doing something she had always wanted to do: design children’s clothing. She started her own mail-order business and is thrilled with it. Their marriage and family life is flourishing because both of them are happy and fulfilled within themselves.

Ricki came to see me because she was so unhappy working as a controller of a big import business. Yet she had no idea what else she wanted to do. It took about a year of practicing Inner Bonding before her true Self told her that she wanted to be a nutritionist. Ricki hadn’t wanted to hear her true Self because she didn’t want to go back to school. Finally she was so unhappy that she decided to listen. She is now back in school enjoying discovering her passion.

While it may not always be possible to change your work immediately to something you love, if you follow your passion, it will often lead you there. And even when you have to earn money in ways that do not express your soul, you can seek volunteer opportunities and hobbies to express who you are. Often these can lead to the work that you will eventually do.

Alfredo worked as a manager of a large supermarket. With his small savings, he decided to start pursuing a hobby that had always fascinated him – restoring old cars. He used all his extra money to buy his first old car and spent many blissful hours restoring it. He was so good at it, he was able to sell his restored cars for a lot of money. Eventually he was able to quit his job at the market and pursue his passion full time. Ultimately he started a project in a prison teaching inmates to restore cars. Alfredo now loves what he does and receives great satisfaction from helping others.

Your soul has a deep desire for you to express yourself in ways that brings you joy. It is your job to discover what that is and to bring it about.

Unleash Your True Potential

Tuesday, December 30th, 2008

Some time ago I attended a birthday party and met a young guy who just happened to be 30. I say young because when you’re 47, that is a young age!

He told me about his career in a major corporate company where he’s been working for the past 3 years.

John was complaining about the extremely long hours he works…sometimes from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. weekdays and often on weekends. He bemoaned the fact he was tired and stressed and so was everyone else he worked with.

I asked him why he continued working these hours and he answered “It’s expected. People are being retrenched and those remaining want to keep their jobs”.

He felt that if he didn’t do these ridiculous hours he too would be out of work.

My next question was “what are you going to do about your situation to change it?”. John responded with “nothing”. He had no energy left to work on his own life.

I had also asked him if he had done any personal development courses and he replied he had participated in company run ones. He had never invested his own time and money doing anything external.

Take Control Yourself

I’ve found that those people who do not invest time and money in themselves and rely on their employer to pay for their development, dance to someone else’s tune. They leave their future in someone else’s hands.

In fact most people drift along in life taking whatever is dished out to them.

They cannot ‘be bothered’ investing any extra time, money or energy in themselves. It’s much easier to float with the crowd.

Take Stock of Yourself

We’re half way through another year. Have you achieved your goals this year? Have you made positive changes in the areas of relationships, finances, career, health and fitness etc.

Are you better off this year, than last year? Are you moving forwards or backwards in your life? Are you happy?

Are You Happy?

This is an interesting question to ask yourself. Are you going through the motions of living day-day or are you excited about where you are heading?

The Final Word

If you want to be the leader of your life rather than the follower, you’ll need to take action. And when do you take action? Right now.

If you don’t know where to head off to, get yourself a life coach. You will be amazed at how quickly you will move forward in the right direction.

Don’t need help? Can do it by yourself? That’s great. Then what are you waiting for?

Get moving today.

Broadband Deals Spread Throughout Europe

Tuesday, December 30th, 2008

From gas suppliers, to mobile phone companies, the EU is not afraid of anyone – not even the mighty Miscrosoft, one of the largest companies in the world. Research has revealed that the broadband industry in Europe, however, has nothing to fear.

Europeans are signing up for Broadband Deals faster than ever before. High-speed Internet services are growing in popularity because intense competition from broadband providers is continually driving the product’s exposure in the marketplace to new highs, and prices to new lows.

As a result, it is estimated that up to 8 million UK households will have broadband by 2008. Overall, the rate at which people are signing up to broadband providers is constantly increasing, thanks largely to the high level of competition in the telecoms industry. It seems the EU is right – competition is good for consumers.

This feverish competition is forcing telcos to mount aggressive marketing campaigns in order to make consumers aware of their broadband services. At the same time, broadband access has improved on a geographical basis as well as a technical basis, making it available to a larger pool of potential customers. Some telcos are also advertising very high broadband speeds to attract power users. The competition has also led to telcos lowering prices in a bid to undercut rivals.

Because of the real competition between telcos offering broadband, the EU has not interfered on a trade practices level. It has, however, issued a ruling that mobile phone and broadband access is not to become a right for all European citizens. Currently there is a universal service obligation that covers fixed landline telecoms that exists to ensure that every European has access to landline service if they want it. According to the EU, this obligation will not be extended to cover broadband and mobile phone services.

This is of little concern to broadband providers. In some European countries the consumer broadband market is growing by 10% a year. While this is expected to peak in a few years time, there is still a lot of money to be made for the telcos in the immediate future. With the number of online services increasing each year, and film and television programmes soon to be legally streamed into every household with a fast enough broadband deal, the market still has plenty of life left in it.

Let’s hope the competition continues, and our monthly broadband bills do not mimic our ever-increasing gas bills.

MAKE SERIOUS MONEY WITH GOOGLE ADSENSE

Monday, December 29th, 2008

The advent of personal computers have stimulated the power of self-publishing (or the act of producing and putting ones own writing into circulation) by allowing publishers to easily modify the settings of type and designs at a cut-rate price.

With the dawn of the World Wide Web, it has been possible for publishers to not only adjust designs but also to promote their works and market them all over the world. These works could also be published online at a very minimum cost.

Now, with the arrival of Google AdSense, self-publishers worldwide are in for the revolution of a lifetime.

Google AdSense is a new marketing program launched by Google.com, one of the most popular search engines on the Internet. It is a program that offers a simple and quick way for publishers to make money.

And the good news is, this is not only for publishers but also for ANYBODY who has an online site.

Notice that every time you use the Google search engine to look for a particular keyword phrase, you see little boxes on the right side of the search results pages on your computer screen that are relevant to the keywords you have just searched for. These Sponsored Links are actually paid ads from website owners whose aim is to direct potential customers to their website, and they pay Google whenever their ad gets clicked.

Now with Google AdSense, everybody can display these same ads on their own website and get a certain percentage of what Google receives from the advertisers every time someone clicked on them. This enables website owners to focus on maintaining and enhancing their website’s content pages while generating revenue at the same time.

The first thing to do is to apply for the Google AdSense program. It is not difficult to be in the program, but note that NOT every web site is accepted in it.

After you have signed up and Google has accepted your application, you can already put the Google code on your website and start the revenue stream.

The good thing about having the Google AdSense is that it offers you another amazing opportunity to maximize your earnings aside from the Google ads displayed on your website: the Google Search.

The Google Search box serves as a portal that links your site to the Google web. Adding this to your website not only gives your visitors instant access into Googles entire keyword inventory, but it also enables you to earn more money because the Google search is run from your website, the Search Engine Result Page (SERP) is tagged back to you, so you will surely earn whenever your website visitors click on these AdSense ads.

Aside from the great income opportunity, Google AdSense also has the following features and options to offer to its users:

Search Options You can modify your AdSense control panel to configure the Google search box and control the scope of your users search. You can choose to have your visitors search just your website or the entire Google network, or even provide them with buttons that let them perform either search. Its your choice.

Personalization Aside from the standard Google search box, you can also have a customized look and feel of the AdSense program by adding your own logo and making the search box match your websites color scheme with over two hundred colors available.

Online Support Of course, will not leave you and your AdSense program without any help or support. In fact, Google will even serve as the host of your internal site search result pages for you at no cost no need to worry about buying an extra bandwidth or disk space from your Internet Service Provider.

Aside from this, Google will also provide you with online tracking and reporting tools. This will enable you to see how well your own search box is doing for you, including your list of queries, number of clicks and click-through rate, and total earnings.

Google AdSense has truly started an online revolution that has far-reaching effects and impact: it has introduced a revenue stream that actually sets up a website for success. Now, website owners finally have a way to both generate revenues and enhance their content pages.

So for anyone looking to make money with his or her websites, make serious money with Google AdSense.

How About Designing Your Own Wedding Dress?

Monday, December 29th, 2008

As you probably have begun to realize, planning a wedding is both exciting and often more than a little nerve-wracking. Preparing for a ceremony as special as a wedding is plenty of cause for excitement and anticipation. However, there is so much to do and, most likely, since you’ll want it to all go perfectly that’s plenty of cause for anxiety and stressed nerves. And when you consider that it isn’t the kind of thing we do on a regular basis, nor something that we normally have any training for, you need to ease up a little on the quest for perfection and try to focus on the excitement.

Your wedding dress is likely to be the most significant component of the wedding ceremony. Everyone’s eyes will be on the bride. Whatever style of wedding you settle on, you’ll find that there’s a lot of traditions that relate to the wedding ceremony – even with some of the more unusual themed weddings. Still, there is room for you to add your own special touches – to make your wedding uniquely your own.

If you’ve never thought about actually designing your own wedding dress, you should give it some thought. If you’ve priced wedding dresses, you’ll be aware that even low-end brands may cost over 5 or 6 hundred dollars. Dresses sold by bridal shops tend to include a lot of overhead and additional costs which you can avoid by designing your own wedding dress. If you have a friend or relative who is well-skilled in sewing, you can save even more money. One of the greatest benefits of designing your own wedding dress is that you will end up with a true one of a kind, a wedding dress no one else owns.

One caution – before you start designing be certain that you have or can find a person with the needed skills to actually create your wedding dress from your designs and ideas. This is not something you can wait until the last minute to do. You’ll need to spend some significant time working with this person – well in advance of the wedding – so make sure of both the person’s skills and availability.

A good place to start generating ideas for your wedding dress design is to consider the theme of the wedding and when and where it’ll be held. Is it going to be a summer wedding? A winter wedding? Will it be outdoors or indoors? Will the reception be indoors or outdoors? What special characteristics does the location have? This is particularly important for an outdoor wedding since the answers can have a significant bearing on the style of wedding dress you design. As an example, an outdoor wedding in Texas in the month of August requires a wedding dress design that will not leave you soaked in perspiration. You should also consider how formal or informal the wedding ceremony itself will be.

If you don’t already have some ideas for a design, a good place to start may be with bridal magazines, wedding dress catalogs and even on-line bridal shops. All these can be good sources for ideas to use in designing your own wedding dress.

While you are always free to design your wedding dress to reflect your personal style, most likely you’ll want to follow one of the standard shapes generally used for wedding dresses:

A-line – Empire – Straight – Ball Gown – Mermaid – Strapless.

The shape of your body is an important factor in choosing a wedding dress shape that is most appropriate for you. If you have a full figure, or what is considered a “pear” shape, an A-line style dress may work best for you. A dress with this style accents the top-half of the body which is smaller while concealing a larger bottom half.

Not many women tend to opt for a straight wedding dress, including women with coke-bottle figures for whom this style of wedding dress was designed.

If neither of these styles seems to suit you, then a ball gown may be a good choice. This style of wedding dress has a snugger fit at the waist with a somewhat exaggerated full skirt.

A strapless style can be integrated with several shapes. The so-called mermaid style tends to be somewhat uncomfortable and not particularly popular. If you feel uncertain about what shape may work best for you, you can always visit a bridal shop and try on several styles to find the one that appeals most to you.

Once you have chosen the shape, design and style for your wedding dress, you are ready to consider the type of material. Silk and linen are both commonly used in creating wedding dresses. Both can be fairly costly and linen, in particular, tends to be quite delicate and require considerable care when putting the wedding dress together. There are also blended materials which use silk or linen along with other man-made materials allowing the creation of a fabric which is both beautiful and substantially easier to work with.

Once you’ve decided on the shape and design, and chosen the fabric, it’s time to get together with the individual who will be making the wedding dress for and begin bringing the wedding dress of your dreams out of your dreams and into reality.

Uploading Your Website with FTP

Sunday, December 28th, 2008

Once you’ve created your website, you’re going to need to upload it to your web server. The easiest and fastest way of doing this is using FTP.

What’s FTP?

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. It’s a standard for transferring files quickly and easily between computers, intended to allow computers with different operating systems to exchange files without users needing to worry about the different file systems they use. Compared to HTTP, transfers over FTP are very reliable, meaning that your upload will not just fail without telling you, and you can pause and resume any upload you start.

To connect to an FTP server, you need three things: the FTP server’s address, a username, and a password. Your web host should have provided these to you when you opened your account, or you may also be able to create one yourself using your website’s cPanel. Check your host’s help for more information.

Before you can use FTP, you need an FTP program. Luckily, you have quite a few choices.

Internet Explorer

What, Internet Explorer? Yes, IE actually has an FTP program built in. Just go to your host’s FTP server using a URL with ftp:// instead of http://, like this: ftp://ftp.example.com. You will be asked to enter your username and password, and then you’ll be presented with a view of the files and folders on the FTP server, just like if they were on your own computer! To upload files, all you need to do is drag them from wherever they are now into this window.

So what’s the problem? Why not just use IE for all your FTP uploading needs? Well, unfortunately, the answer is that it isn’t very reliable as an FTP program: it works, but it’s very slow, and won’t automatically try things again if it runs into errors. It also lacks a good way of telling you how far along your uploads are or giving you much control over them – fine for uploading one or two files, but not so great when it comes to uploading a whole website.

CuteFTP

CuteFTP (www.cuteftp.com), by GlobalScape, was one of the first useful graphical FTP programs for Windows, and is still popular. It supports resuming, scheduling transfers in advance and multiple transfers at once, and also has the useful feature of allowing you to quickly edit files on the server using a built-in text editor. It costs $40, or you can get a Pro version with more features for $60.

WS FTP

WS FTP (www.wsftp.com) is another old, established FTP program, but recently became a lot easier to use than it used to be. Some useful features include its various wizards and tutorials for doing common things, editing files on the server using any software you like (a rare feature) and sorting options that let you find files quickly. It also has special features to help you out with blogging and digital photography. Cost: $60.

BulletproofFTP

BulletproofFTP (www.bpftp.com) is an FTP client that does a lot of things automatically – it’s clever when it comes to handling common situations in a good way, where other FTP programs can often do things you wouldn’t want or constantly ask you to confirm things. However, the interface is looking a little dated now, and it costs $30.

SmartFTP

SmartFTP (www.smartftp.com) is my personal favourite FTP program. Why? Well, it has a modern, easy-to-use interface. It’s updated often, and has almost all the features of the programs above, as well as very good support for queuing, proxies, backups, and some obscure things like chmod that you might need to do from time to time. Best of all, although it costs $37 for business use, it’s free for non-commercial or personal users.

FileZilla

Finally, if you want a completely free and open-source FTP program, FileZilla (filezilla.sourceforge.net) is worth a look. While the interface is simple and a little technical, it does most things you would want it to do, and is surprisingly fast and stable. If you want an easy to use program that doesn’t hide anything for you, then you could do worse than FileZilla – and hey, if you want it free, you don’t have that many choi

Why do search engines look for “inbound links” for ranking websites?

Saturday, December 27th, 2008

Dear friends, ranking high at the search engines for a keyword which has high demand is every marketers dream. No matter what your website about, a fully loaded super store or a hobby site, you need traffic and search engines have a capacity to provide an unending supply of thousands of visitors (if your niche has that much demand) at zero cost.

Actually it would be wrong if we say that search engines send traffic at zero cost. There is a price you need to pay to rank high and that’s TIME. Yes, it takes time to reach there. (especially at Google)

there are many factors that undergo a normal Search Engine Optimization exercise and building “inbound links” is considered one of the most challenging tasks involved today. To understand better why search engines look for inbound links, let’s take a real life example.

For a moment forget the Internet, forget you website/search engines anything that has to do “ranking high”, just read this small story.

There was a young boy Jim, about 21 years old. He was a fantastic painter. He painted in water colors on canvas. His favorite subjects were landscapes, natural beauty, mountains, etc…He could spend hours painting and playing with colors. Colors were his passion, his life.

He lived in a small village that was away from a major metro city. With a small population, no one really visited this village very often. Jim was very happy with his passion of painting.

One day Jim’s uncle visited his home on a Sunday. When he saw Jim’s paintings he thought Jim has got an inborn talent of colors, of looking towards the surrounding beauty that he was able to capture on canvas. His was a special skill that very few people have. So he suggested Jim to move to the city to display his work to people out there. Jim assured him that whenever he gets the opportunity he would definitely make the best of it.

Then the golden day arrived. Jim was listening to a radio station, when he heard the announcement of an exhibiting of paintings to be held in the metro city. Jim thought this is what I was looking for an quickly rushed to the city at his Uncle’s place to arrange for the formalities.

Five of Jim’s paintings got selected and displayed at the metro city exhibition. He got a tons of post and is still getting from his fans and now the best part is he is making thousands of bucks just from a single painting. He is happy and wealthy too. His passion is keeping satisfied and now he is famous guy. The villagers are proud of having him in their village.

OK… now what’s this story got to do with SEO..you ask..

A lot…If you read the story again you will discover that Jim is already happy when he is in his village, spending most of his time with paints and brushes. But when he displays his work out to public, his work is admired by more and more people. It has to do with “numbers”. Again when no one knew about his talents, he still was a great painter, but now because now thousands of people say that “Jim is a great painter” his value becomes magnified thousands of times.

Now if Jim launches his website on water color paintings where do you think it must rank.. You see, it’s a numbers game. Of course it’s also important that who recommends Jim as a great painter. But Jim doesn’t care, he’s already taken all the care for years polishing his painting skills. All he knows is producing great quality paintings for his customers which are ready to pay him truckloads of money.

There is a simple exercise to do. Put yourself in Google’s shoes, imagine that you are Google.com [:-)] and then look at Jim’s new website. If I am a regular Google user I will take all the care to see that my search results for the keyword “water color paintings” show up results that are best and most importantly recognized by experts in the art industry.

This is true for every search engine out there, including Yahoo! and MSN, because they want to retain their users.

Here “inbounds links” come into picture. The number and the quality of inbound links is the only way for the search engines to recognize the quality of the website it is supposed to rank. Of course as I mentioned there are many factors that a search engine will look for, but inbound links can have a major impact on your rankings.

Again if Jim wants his website to rank well for many years to come, he will have to keep on producing quality work just the way he is doing now. Most people think that search engines are money machines, just build a website, get is indexed and forget about it. But it is getting a long term goal now a days to rank high at the search engines. As I said it comes at the cost of TIME. If you are ready to go for it, creating traffic through search engines will be one of the most profitable skills you will ever learn in this lifetime.

I hope this article was useful….

What is Pilates?

Friday, December 26th, 2008

Pilates is a system of over 500 controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body by using a popular exercise regimen that uses special stretches and machines. Named after Joseph Pilates, Pilates exercise system has proven itself invaluable not only to the fitness user, but to the professional trainers as well. Pilates, a technique of exercise and physical movement intended to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.

With regular practice of specific exercises joined with focused breathing patterns. Pilates works several muscle groups simultaneously through smooth, continuous motion, with a particular concentration on strengthening and stabilising the core.

Pilates focuses on the quality of movement rather than quantity, which makes one feel refreshed rather than tired after a session. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body works efficiently.

With the aging of our people and the increasing trend toward mindful, moderate health practices, Pilates is more likely to find itself with a wait list at the YMCA, and in your local public schools, shaping the fitness ideals of our next generation.

Practiced loyally, Pilates yields many benefits such as:

Increased lung capacity and circulation through deep breathing.

Strength and flexibility, particularly of the abdomen and back muscles, coordination-both muscular and mental, are key components in an effective Pilate’s program.

Posture, balance, and core strength are all heartily increased.

Bone density and joint health improvements as you become more aware of your body. Pilates teaches balance and control of the body.

Pilate’s equipment today is not much different than that of earlier days. Because of the nature of the equipment the inimitably designed pieces truly act as a complement to the challenging mat exercises.

Pilate Moves

The Hundred – This movement strengthens the torso by requiring the back muscles to work in synergy with the abdominal muscles.

Roll Up -This movement strengthens the abdominal muscles.

One-Leg Circle -This movement opens up the hip, increasing flexibility.

One-Leg Stretch -This movement strengthens the abdominal muscles with the opposition effect of keeping the back flat on the floor while changing legs.

Single Straight-Leg Stretch -This movement strengthens the abdominal muscles by the opposition of keeping the back flat on the floor while changing legs.

Key to remember is that you should consult a physician before starting any exercise programme. Always keep water close to you and drink before you get too thirsty.

The Creative Mind and How We Can Better Utilize Those Who Have Them

Friday, December 26th, 2008

There are many in our civilization, which have extremely creative minds and many who borderline on what some might characterize as brilliant. Unfortunately often we do not utilize such members of society correctly. Plato had discussed in “The Republic” that the civilization is best served when each individual does what they do best and is alleviated from those tasks they do not do well. Indeed this is good advice as entrepreneurs make lousy accountants and athletes make lousy clerks.

Now then speaking purely from a self-assessment standpoint, I enjoy being innovative yet am bombarded with archaic work to put forth my ideas, innovations and concepts. So how could one with a innovative displacement best serve the whole of humanity and be fulfilled doing what they naturally do? Well, here are some thoughts;

“You know I need a damn typist, writer and artist or better yet a team of them. I need to just get away with a digital recorder and a sketch pad and send these in and have someone fill in all the specific details, mathematics, cad cam, artists rendering and write it up. I have increased my ideas to about 4 per day now, but only original ideas will I allow my mind to contemplate. On top of that I get about 5 application ideas for every one of my ideas or new concepts of other people I read.”

What I am saying here and this quote was in one of my emails to an associate, it that when I get 4 new original ideas every day and five applications for each of those, well that makes 20. If I read 12 new white papers per day and multiple that times five then that is another 60. So twenty plus sixty is more than one person can write up, sketch out and deliver in a day. You see now that my mind is trained to do this, I cannot and really do not want to stop it from doing it. So, the problem now is that I cannot put the stuff onto paper fast enough or write it up.

Thus I could use a technology that does not yet exist; I need to be able to do blast thought transfer. How and where do these innovative minds come from, as obviously this is not the norm? Well, personally I am not sure where this skill came from or if I always had it but was too busy to put it all on paper, but now I cannot turn off my brain. Not that I mind, I like it, but I cannot seem to get the information into a workable format fast enough. Four paragraphs I can do and a quick sketch, but it takes me time to do much more or make it.

So using Plato’s advice what should we be doing with such minds for the betterment of all humanity and our own civilization? Should we out cast them, as they are a skew way outside the norm of society? Should we foster such minds from childhood? Should we figure out a way for them to do what they do better and help us solve problems with the efficiencies of our civilization; such as needs in education, transportation, communication, space, military, infrastructure, economics, medicine, environment, commerce, leadership or government?

Without ego, I ask the question are we doing the best we can do with what we have so readily available? Can we do better? Are you an innovative, creative or interesting person, what kinds of things could we do to help you do it better? Think on this.

These supplements should always be safe and legal as opposed to the ones that are not legal, and can cause your body harm in any way. If you use them exactly as directed with the proper dose, then you will soon be pleased with the results staring at you.

If you choose to use them without changing your nutrition habits or fitness patterns, then they will most likely fail your expectations. When you begin your bodybuilding career or hobby, you will soon find out that there is an overwhelming selection of products on the market that claim all sorts of unrealistic promises.

The fact is that not all Bodybuilding Supplements are the same. Many of them claim to get you results in a certain amount of time, while others claim to guarantee specific amounts of fat or weight loss no matter what.

The truth is, there are so many great products to choose from that will help you reach your goals if you can recognize the other things needed in coordination with the supplements such as fitness and nutrition.
