The farm, once an ancient sighting tower thanks to its panoramic position, overlooks a large green lawn full of olive trees, and a wonderful swimming pool (12X6m) where you can enjoy one of the most striking view of the area. It has been renovated with care while keeping the typical characteristics of the Tuscan farm houses with floors in terracotta tiles, stones and beamed ceiling.
Podere Campiglia was brought to its old splendor in perfect harmony between the Tuscan country environment and the elegance and accuracy of furniture. It is a charming place, able to give its guests an unforgettable holiday in a unique and unalterable landscape.

It is a family run farm holiday center, and it offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere with all the comforts that are difficult to find in similar facilities.
Both the interior and the outside of the building are very accurate, well finished in every detail. All rooms are provided with fireplace or wood-burning stove.

Our apartments are all furnished with Tuscan “arte povera”, they have floors done in terracotta tiles, arches and beamed ceiling. They were planned to better satisfy our guests’ taste and requirements. Materials and tapestry perfectly match the warm colors of the inner walls.
Every apartment is provided with independent entrance, equipped private outer spaces, fireside, independent heating, satellite tv, stoves and electric oven kitchen, fridge, freezer, kitchen hood, china, cutlery, glasses and dishes.

A very fine and elegant apartment, located in the centre of Rome, in a historical block of flats near Vatican City. It allows to reach, in two minutes walk, S. Peter Church, Castel S’Angelo and the Vatican Museums, where you can admire the Sistina Chapel of Michelangelo. It is 50 metres from underground Line A stop (Ottaviano-San Pietro), thus you can easily gain the main places of the city and tour round the town’s most famous monuments. In only two stops, you can arrive at Piazza di Spagna station.
The apartment lies in the heart of Vatican district, where you can visit a lot of restaurants and “trattoria”, and taste both the true roman and intenational cuisine. It is close to Via Cola di Rienzo, a well-known roman street for shopping; in the neighbourhood you can find the Olimpic Stadium, the Foro Italico and the famous “Zodiaco” , where you can see the “eternal city” from above.
The apartment is well-appointed; it is provided with parquet and with an ample and bright drawing room in ancient style, two bedrooms, a livable kitchen and a bathroom. One bedroom is fournished with a double bed and an armchair that can be converted into a bed and the other one is furnished with 3 single beds and a day bed. The bathroom is spacious and bright and there is a hydromassage shower. In the kitchen (provided with dishwasher), you can re-create a homy atmosphere and you can comfortably cook.
