How I Became a Financial Planner
Tuesday, February 17th, 2009As I look back and reminisce on how I became a financial planner, I realize that it’s not at all that bad. What I encountered, how I handled each succeeding problem, was all part of becoming who I am now – an expert financial planner.
It all started when I decided to undergo the course of financial services just so I could have another diploma to add up to my portfolio. But it turned out that this secondary option became the primary source of my income these days.
A lot of people need financial planners for many sorts of things especially those concerning how to attain a financial goal. To become a financial planner yourself, all you need to do is obtain a RG 146 Diploma of Financial Services or Diploma of Financial Planning. With this diploma, you are being recognized by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission or more commonly known as ASIC, as a well-informed and educated financial planner.
The diploma of financial services or diploma of financial planning will basically give your clients the assurance that you have undergone serious and intensive training to become a competent planner in the field of financial services. AS a result, you get more satisfied and trusting clients.
